GetAV.NET complies with 17 U.S.C. § 512 and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). Our policy is to respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.

To submit a notice of infringement, please send a written notice by email containing the items listed below.

Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that content on the Site infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA notice to our Copyright Agent including the following information (see 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):
1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the allegedly infringed exclusive right.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material, or the material that is the subject of the infringing activity, together with information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate it (for example, a direct URL).
4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your address, telephone number, and, if available, your email address.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the allegedly infringed exclusive right.
Counter-Notice
If you believe that content removed from the Site (or disabled from access) is not infringing, or that you have authorization from the copyright owner, the owner's agent, or the law to post and use the material, you may send a counter-notice to our Copyright Agent containing:
1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the content that was removed or disabled, and the location where it appeared before removal or disablement.
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
Repeat Infringer Policy
GetAV.NET will, where appropriate, terminate the accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers.
